Of course, I have strong managing skills, geek out over quality attributes, and apply my passion of testing in every day life. But I’m also a pragmatist, innovator, and team leader (and pretty good cook, so I’ve been told).

My background, while extensive, isn’t completely traditional. I studied Business informatics with a specialization in multimedia. My love for the visual part as a representation of the process of a company has always attracted me.”A picture says more then a 1000 words” is something I live by and try to pursue in my daily work as well. Overseeing the gap between business and development using this capacity has always proven to be very useful.

Currently, I oversee software testing and second line support for all our software products, including release management and training. Previously, I worked for Capgemini fulfilling different roles in the software testing spectrum for various customers. All customers have their own identity and way of working which gave me a lot of insight and brought me to what I am now; experienced.

In a nutshell, my passion for quality is coupled with a love for big-picture planning and daily operational leadership. I’m not the test manager who just wants people to do as they are asked. I’m the test manager who actually wants to test — and plan, ideate, and lead. This is what I do best and love most.
